FROSTBURG, Md. — The Potomac Highlands Distance Club is proud to announce the inaugural Run with Rover 5-mile run/walk and Ducky’s Dash 1-miler, a charity event to benefit two local pet advocacy organizations, on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, in Frostburg.
Both distances will be out-and-back options on the Great Allegheny Passage, a rail trail with hard packed dirt and crushed limestone surface.

Proceeds will be shared between QCAR at Windy Pines Rescue and the Allegany County Animal Shelter Foundation’s new building fund.
